Как можно было подписать соглашение о продление на 5 лет Договора о сокращении стратегических наступательных вооружений с США, очевидно очень выгодных США сегодня, и не выставить вообще никаких дополнительных условий? Да ещё хвастаться этим?! Серьёзная ошибка, на мой взгляд.
